In addition to her leadership at Rose Roofing and Restoration, Elizabeth and her husband, Matthew, co-founded Marcolini Ventures, which specializes in the acquisition and creation of lower-middle market blue-collar businesses. Through this venture, they are dedicated to revitalizing and scaling essential service-based companies, creating opportunities for growth, and strengthening the backbone of American entrepreneurship.
Elizabeth holds a B.A. from the University of Dallas and a Master’s in Theological Studies from the John Paul II Institute. She is a NYT Best Selling author of Bella’s Gift and, coming in 2026, the Pocket Guide to the Works of Mercy with Ascension Press. Her education, combined with her business acumen, has shaped her leadership philosophy—one rooted in truth, purpose, and service to others.
Beyond her business success, Elizabeth is a devoted wife and mother—both adoptive and biological—who values faith and family first. She resides in Virginia with her husband, Matthew and their three children, Zelie, Gianna, and Lorenzo.
