Church Management Program

The Ecclesial Administration and Management program at The Catholic University’s Busch School of Business is designed to support Church leaders in fulfilling their mission through a range of educational opportunities. Offering graduate degrees, certificates, and workshops, the program equips pastors, religious, and lay leaders with practical skills in management, finance, planning, and leadership, grounded in the principles of stewardship and service. Through flexible learning formats, it aims to strengthen the operational and pastoral effectiveness of those serving the Church.
